Music Hub Donations
At Hayes Primary, we are really proud of the musical talent within our school and the standard of music provision that we provide to all our children. Music is a fantastic outlet for children of all abilities: it has many applications and benefits to the children in the skills they learn and the impact that it has on their enjoyment, progress and mental health.
With our partnership with Bromley Youth Music Trust, we are able to provide extremely high quality music education from our specialist teachers. We also have our Music Hub which all children benefit from and is reflected in the fact that we are known across our Trust as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for music education.
As you are aware, costs are constantly rising. We find ourselves in the difficult situation of trying to balance budgets and maintain our status as a Centre of Excellence. In order to maintain our Music Hub, the current equipment we have and to be able to provide any further instruments and high-tech equipment, we are seeking some extra income to help us with this.
We are therefore now accepting donations to help the school continue to develop and maintain our music hub.
